Providing audio visual equipment rental and multi media services to conventions, associations, non profits, schools, businesses

Came across this industry in the early 70's. The company I worked for was sold, I was laid off. So I decided to start this business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Service, Service, Service, understanding, listening and fulfilling our clients needs
