Applicant's annual income must not exceed program limits of very low or extremely low.
Applicants are also required to submit evidence of citizenship or eligible immigration status, as well as disclose Social Security numbers for all members of the family that will be living in the unit.
Criminal and previous rental history will be checked for each family member that is 18 years of age and older.
Common household pets are allowed if they meet a 25 lb. weight limit (full grown) and a $200.00 pet deposit is required (does not apply to Assistive or Support animals).

Casa de Amistad is a three (3) story apartment complex with 61 - one bedroom units. It is equipped with an elevator for easy access and has laundry facilities on each floor.
We are conveniently located in North Central San Antonio, just off of Fredericksburg Rd, within walking distance of a large mall that includes a Big Lots and several restaurants. An H-E-B Grocery/Pharmacy is located near by at the corner of Fredericksburg Rd and Hildebrand. All apartments face a central courtyard with keyed access gates located at each corner.
The Manager's office and Community Room are located in the main building.
VIA metro route #91 bus stops are located approximately half a block away.
