How long have you been in business?
Although I've been in the industry for over 7 years, and some of the people working for me have been in the industry for decades, I've been in business on my own for less than one year. If you look me up through the Better Business Bureau, you'll see that I've been a member since August of 2010.
What is your primary product or service?
I sell, service and install Trane and Coleman HVAC products. Both are excellent brands with awesome warranties available. For a little extra, you can get a 10 year parts AND labor warranty for each. Your main difference between the two products is the name. EVERYONE's heard of Trane, while Coleman is well known in the northern U.S. There's not much of a difference in quality. All Seasons Comfort carries both brands because they treat the distributor (our supplier), the dealer (that's us) and the consumer (that's you) very well!
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I became interested almost a decade ago when I helped a family member in the office of his HVAC company. It was fun and I learned a lot, but I quickly got bored in the office. From there, I went into the field and learn as much as I could there. The rest is history.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
With All Seasons Comfort, you will notice our transparent pricing method. We can show you where all of your money is going when you pay for an AC installation by All Seasons Comfort.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have only the one location in San Antonio at the moment. We intend to move onward and upward as time and money allows, but let's see how this small business does locally before committing to anything larger. Afterall, there is such a thing as enough at some point.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept checks, money orders, cold hard cash and Paypal payments.
Which areas do you service?
All Seasons Comfort services all of San Antonio approximately 20 miles outside of Loop 1604 all the way around town.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Ron Carter is the manager of the business. The owner would prefer not to be recognized.
What are your hours of operation?
7am to 7pm all days except Sunday. You can call at any time, and we'll set something up with you. We may even be able to take care of you at some odd hours if you're lucky.
